And what about the Turtle Neck jumper that Daniel Craig is wearing in the poster? Well it is a £199.00 N Peal Cashmere and Silk Sweater.. As you'll see from the above montage this isn't the first time a Spy has been seen in one. And perhaps more importantly the outfit appears to be an updated version of what Roger Moore wore in his Bond début Live & Let Die.
Perhaps the reason why Director Sam Mendes chose to rework the Live & Let Die outfit could be explained in this quote from a 2014 interview that Mendes gave as part of the Films Without Borders event in Windsor:
Mendes recalled the formative experience of seeing Live And Let Die when he was 10 “It was adult sexuality, weird glamour, violence…it was really powerful.”
