SPECTRE COVERAGE

*** SPOILER *** NOBODY HOME AT BONDS FLAT

When in London recently I decided to take a detour to see if Mr Bond was at home.
Back in December 2014 one of the first images to be shared on the internet regarding the filming of SPECTRE showed the EON Productions film crew getting ready to film at a location that appeared to be a smart looking apartment in London.
A short while later photo's were released showing both Daniel Craig and Naomi Harris filming on this location.
I think that the scenes that were filmed at this location are to feature in the film directly before or after the scenes that were shown in the teaser trailer where Moneypenny visits Bond to hand him some personal effects recovered from Skyfall. I think this because Bond and Moneypenny appear to be wearing the same costumes in the above photo's as they are in the trailer, (as you can see from the stills taken from the trailer opposite).
It is also believed, I guess due to the nature of James Bond's clothing in these scenes, (a dressing gown), that the location is meant to be Bond's London flat. I guess that he purchased this after MI6 sold his old flat when he was believed to be dead during Skyfall. Also the way that he has items still in boxes would imply that he has recently moved into the flat and not had time to unpack or decorate it.

I recently took a short walk from the Ladbroke Grove Tube station to visit this location. I must say that it is a very impressive looking building and I'm sure it will look excellent on the big screen when SPECTRE is released later this year.
I just wonder if the residents of the street are prepared for the many Bond fans that will no doubt make the pilgrimage to see Bond's London home for themselves?
